我是一名从农村长大的女孩，结婚前我的生活平淡无味，没有太大烦恼和痛苦，一直很平静。直到结婚后，我的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，工作多年仕途不顺、夫妻生活争吵不断，财务入不敷出……这一切让我陷入了无尽的痛苦和不安中，无法喘息。2019年开始接触意识觉醒的知识，从正念，到打坐，再到替换信念，这些意识进化的方式并没有让我从痛苦，折磨，焦躁的深渊中解救，犹如隔靴搔痒，不触根本。直到2022年8月，我经历了第四次竞聘失败，心中的憋闷到达了极致，无法再忍受下去，于是我下定决心：“我要彻彻底底的改变。”这种感觉就像我一直沉在海底，一直强忍着，压抑着，在快要窒息的时候，我下定决心我要自救，我要回到海面，回到陆地上，自由的呼吸……紧接着我看到静静老师关于《四个意识阶段》的视频，让我醍醐灌顶，我毅然决然的要跟着静静老师“上楼梯”，解决我的烦恼，提升我的意识阶段。我毅然决然地报名了一对一指导，如今四个月的时间过去了，我经历了彻彻底底的蜕变，我主要的总结如下几点：

1.静静老师帮我打通“任督二脉”。这里并不是真的任督二脉，而是通过静静老师的指引，帮我打开了身体与能量通道。在初期指导时，我封锁，禁锢了最真实的自己，戴着“面具”故作坚强的跟老师对话（其实老师已经感觉到了，但她完完全全的允许这一切发生），由于我长时间禁锢身体，不能让能量流动，造成我长后背肩夹骨时不时的刺痛，伴随着老师无条件的爱和许可，我治愈了严重逾堵的能量，打开身体个能量的通道，自然我后背的胀痛也消失了✌️

2.老师细心地指导让我从简单的认识治愈到疯狂的沉迷于治愈。从最快乐的自己课程理念初始治愈的方法，但是并没有切实掌握核心方法，一对一让我对于治愈驾轻就熟。对于自己的感受越来越敏感，不再把注意力放在外面，遇到任何事情自己默默的治愈，治愈后非常的轻松快乐，到现在已经沉迷治愈并且离不开治愈。

3.找回内心的力量。通过治愈之后，感受到了轻松快乐，也找到了内心有力量的感觉。这是我之前从没体验过的感受，卸掉身上的垃圾，越来越轻松，越来越扩展。

当然我的收获远远不止以上内容，整个指导过程都被静静老师无条件的理解、深深地爱包围着，我感受到自己被接纳、被心疼。就如同在阴冷的冬天里，太阳出现了，她散发着温暖的光芒，驱散了所有的阴冷，静静老师就是太阳🌞…非常感恩灵魂的指引让我遇到静静老师，在她的引领下我从弯曲的小路彻底走上了康庄大道，没错就是通往意识觉醒的高速公路，非常感恩静静老师！经过四个月的指导，我感受到了内心圆满的快乐，虽然我还有很多垃圾需要清理，但是这种内心充满力量的感觉让我彻底蜕变。

最后，我想对跟我有一样遭遇，身陷痛苦，焦虑，烦躁，不幸的生活中，以及意识进化卡顿的兄弟姐妹们，可以看到我内心真实的分享，通过最实用，最高效的方式，选择静静老师，让治愈去化解一切痛苦，轻松毫不费力的享受生活……💚💚💚

I am extremely lucky and eternally grateful and to have had Jingjing as my guide. For the first time in my life, I felt completely accepted, seen, and supported with unconditional love and compassion. Meeting Jingjing, with no exaggeration,
